In this post i will be telling you how to make your blog contact us or contact me form. With the contact us form you can facilitate your users to resolve problem if any, or can contact with you, they can also send guest post through contact us form, an Email will be sent to you and you can reply to your users accordingly.
ADD CONTACT US FORM
1). Open a new tab and Go to www.FoxyForm.com
2). Fill in the contact form Settings, select the fields accordingly and enter your Email address on which you want messages.
3). Select Create and Copy the code produced.
4). Go to New Post Option > Edit HTML and Paste the code.
5). Publish your post.
